AH ha... FIRSTLY... i would like to say that this horse is AMAZING... what a great boy... I have a copper metal on my wall from the time he started to show signs of soreness in the middle of a flat class (which i believe is from this show too...) so I glanced at my coach who told me to continue this class and that would be it... so I picked up a wee bit more contact. ( We stopped and took care of he's sore foot as soon as we walked out of the class I Swear!)Anyways... this horse had such a nice movement (and temperment) that on my worst days we still got champion...
That also will help you undertsand why... other then what you can see this is so HORRIBLE...
pinching knees... yanking hands tipping forward... asking in all the VERY wrong ways for a lead change (which is what he's in the middle of doing... )
and what caused my awefull riding... ??? (although this is no excuse) the HUGE mud puddle about a few feet out of the picture... this ground is not a level as it seems and it did collect a large amount of rain water from the previous day... for whatever reason I thought "LEADCHANGE NOW!"
anyways.... makes me smile to know nomatter what agany i was putting him through... he still perks his ears for the camera.
after all... he is "Kodak Momment"
