Can we just talk about how Rose and Ten are going to be on Doctor Who again?
Because this is going to be an actual thing.... that will happen... not just in my dreams.
I heard the news at work, a coworker of mine was scrolling a news site and I happened to notice a headline that had Billie Piper and David Tennant's name in it and my reaction was something like "OMG CLICK ON THAT NOW!"
When she read it to me I was in disbelief, I thought it might be some cruel early april fools joke, or another rumor from some uncreditable source, but it was EW that was reporting it and they are legit. The next hour I was elated, I tried to explain the importance of this to the said coworker but she had only seen a couple episodes and they weren't even episodes with Ten so she didn't get it. I had to really... REALLY resist the urge to run down the aisles flailing and rolling around on the floor giggling with pure joy. Also, not to tell every person who came up to the info desk the news. I finally found out that another one of my coworkers is really into doctor who, he is gay but is still in love with Billie Piper (she just has that affect on people), and we kinda cried happy tears about it together.
I had hoped that this would happen, but Moffat is such a douche like 80% of the time and he hasn't tried to hide the fact that he kinda hates the Rose Tyler character. So that along with the fact that Billie Piper flat out denied that she would be appearing in the 50th anniversary special on the Graham Norton show a couple months ago, I didn't hold out much hope for it becoming reality.
But guys it actually is. Rose and the Doctor in the Tardis just as it should be.
They started filming, there are legit photos of them on set posted, this is actually happening.
It's just I don't think I have every loved anything more that Rose/Ten in my entire life. I am just so happy.
