I'm starting to see some results from going to the gym regularly.

My friend Scottie has a very addictive personality. He's lately been replacing more detrimental vices with exercise, and his drive to work out what seems like every day (to me) has been helping to motivate me. We've been going almost every other day. It feels good!

My belly is still there. Or maybe it just looks that way to me. I think my self-image might be slightly distorted. To me, my belly looks like this GIGANTIC KETTLE OF LARD THAT IS GOING TO DESTROY EVERYTHING IN ITS SIGHT, when, rationally, I'm sure it's not that big at all. Thankfully, I actually enjoy doing crunches.

But I also enjoy ice cream. A lot. And I "stress eat," especially when Shane isn't here.
