WHY IS MY BIRTHDAY STILL A MONTH AWAY?!
Hasn't anybody invented a spell that can move birthdays earlier in the year?! Or at least a calendar system where August is the first month! I still want my awesome birth date, but the fact that I'll have barely two weeks to enjoy legal magic outside of school is completely unfair. I'm easily one of the most mature and wise people in my year, but pretty much everyone else gets to strut around being 17 already.
Attention, everybody: I know it sounds romantic, but try to restrain yourselves around Christmas, okay? Your future kids will thank you when they're not surrounded by classmates who are officially legal way before they get to be!
