So, the only suggestion for a true food challenge in Omaha is the Stella burger. Julie said it first, and I went to Chris Larkin for advice and he mentioned it as well. I figured since he writes about food, he might know of some others, and he did say to let him know what we're up to because there may be a story in it. I'm hoping if we do a couple, get a story, then some places might come up with some for us to try.
My suggestion...we do the all you can eat pancakes to set a "power ranking". Then we'd do Stella's as round two. We need to get together for a beer sometime to discuss, and also because I'm always up for getting a beer sometime.
