If John McCain keeps talking like Al Gore, I'm going to have to write in a name for President. I mean, I know that hundreds of scientists blame carbon emisions for global warming, but TENS OF THOUSANDS (literally, over 30,000) scientists have come out and said that there is NO evidence that humans are causing global warming. The problem is, the marketing of the ALGORE followers is so good, that no one is willing to speak out against it, no matter what the actual facts are. I mean, right now, when energy prices are a top story on the news every night, someone could come out and say, "the myths have been going on for too long. The computer models are better now. The global temperatures have been dropping for 10 years. The warmest years in the history of the planet happend prior to the idustrial revolution...why don't we let the refineries expand...or even open a NEW ONE!" Instead, environmentalists are blocking refineries from even improving (which would decrease their carbon emissions) because they would rather have them buy "carbon credits". Retarded? Yes.
I'm not saying that I'm against finding alternative fuel sources and reducing emissions. I like things like...breathing. Breathing makes me happy! I am against increasing costs for consumers for no environmental purpose.
