sitting and waiting
So I made it to the final 3 people being considered for this job. I'm trying to be hopeful but not get my hope up too much. I don't like the odds of being 1 of 3. I should hear something by the middle of next week, but in the mean time I'm still applying to things, but there is not much out there. Especially considering how much it costs to commute to the city and there's going to be another price hike in fare. Seriously, should have stayed at school an extra year in hopes for graduating into a better economy. Or maybe made grades to get into grad school.
On another note, I went shopping again today (the interview was at the mall, I couldn't help myself). I love new york and company there. It's huge. And everything was on sale. I got a super cute skirt, 2 pairs of dress pants (one khaki one brown), a white dressy t-shirt, a really cute dressy green tank and a short sleeve brown knit cardigan. All super cute. And all of it together was only $70. I shouldn't really be spending any money, but how could I resist?? Hopefully soon I'll also have somewhere to wear all these cute new clothes.
SO for now it's back to job hunting. And very soon harassing my landlord about my security deposit.
I'm making tacos/fajitas for dinner tonight. It should be delicious.
