Appearance: Neuro is a handsome young man, standing at around 6'2, with green eyes and notably sharp teeth. His neck-length hair is parted down the middle and is mostly blond, except for three black bangs at the front; he also keeps small, golden triangular hairclips at the tips of his hair. His everyday attire consists of a blue suit, a white scarf tucked under the blue coat, with black shoes and gloves. His blue coat has gold triangular buttons similar to his hairclips. Underneath, he wears a sleeveless white button shirt that also has gold triangular buttons.
Personality: Neuro is an arrogant, self-centered and extremely sadistic 'daemon', as he is so often called by his enemies and 'slaves'. However, he keeps all this hidden except from his most useful of pawns. To anyone else, he is a humble and innocent young man. Despite this facade, he uses subtle methods of insult and torture to please his sadistic tendencies when his pawns aren't around.
Neuro's high intellect and knowledge makes his mind hunger for puzzles, mysteries, secrets, forbidden knowledge, etc. He can become so obsessed with satisfying that hunger that he tends to forget to eat, drink or even sleep.
During his spare time, he likes to experiment with making tools that will help him in his detective work, like a hallucinogen meant to distort reality into frightening visions. He also has a slight interest in magic tricks, seeing as there's a puzzle to be had in that field as well.
History: Neuro Nougami is a person who's past is shrouded in mystery. If need be, he will even make up a false history for himself. In any case, it is clear that he's not an ordinary person.
He co-established the "Demon World Detective Agency", where he assists the detective in solving cases. In reality however, he is the detective who drags around his pawn, who will then garner fame in his place. There are various explanations for this. He may just not like or desire being the focus of public attention. Or he may have enemies who will come after him if he makes his presence known.
