I have to pick 2 poems to submit. HELP ME CHOOSEEE!!!!!!!!
most of these are pretty recent
1.when my wrists feel as heavy as the task at hand
when my hands become useless
and the good slips out through my glands
as i work with my mind
and speak from the heart
my words are mutated into an invaluable thought
i'm physically tired.
2. mumble and grumble you sleep with the sun
wake up with winter wind
whirling widows
withering within
you don't know who you are

can you process the chemicals
that roam through your veins
can you hold your tongue
does it feel the same
as it did when you walked across that street
and into those woods
when you found that dead bird
and built it a tomb
can you smell the spice of fall
can you feel anything at all
can you feel the pain when you stub your toe
can you feel the breeze brushing across your nose
it's now meaningless
it's now senseless
it's now boomingit'snowSWELLING
now

4. engulfing information
like hopping on a new train
unwrapping a broken foot
fresh blood to the brain
electric shocks that hold your core
that shake your essence
when you beg for more
eels have squealed a praise on high
in the end
there's an eye
for an eye
5. Shark bait
bites
bitterness
hold your holiness
there is no peace
you will not be pleased
flora and fauna are not on your side
abide to these laws
as i close my eyes
and feel around
for something that feels right
soothing and sailing
we're just ships in the night
6. i excrete
you excrete
halophiles
there are many rings
around the
ibis of a child
jesus slurs lies
