Awww... that's a bummer. I do hope that you feel better. I got migranes a few times back in the 8th grade, when my Pituitary tumor was growing, probably, either that or there was something in the Chemistry classroom that triggered them, because that's where I always was when they started. They were miserable. I'd get flashes of pastel colored lights, and start to feel nauseated. I learned I had just enough time to call my mom to come get me and get home before I started thowing up and the spike hammered into my head. After I finished being sick, I'd usually pass out on the couch and sleep for 8 or so hours, then wake up and be fine. They were very strange.
Thankfully the only headaches I get now are mild in comparison and probably just from tension and sinus problems.
You have lots of time to go and work with Joy. If one day does not work, there is another one coming. Walking by itself is wonderful exercise, and a great way to get started into a program. If that is what you need to do, then start with just small steps and just take Joy and Hustle for walks. They will enjoy your company, and you are still doing a wonderful thing. I would bet that before you know it, you will be feeling a bit better, and getting tired of remaining on the ground. Actually getting on and riding will happen when it happens. Don't rush it, so you can enjoy it when it happens.
