We Already Bought our Valentine's Present!
Saturday Curt found a great saddle that fits Hustle just fine, so that's taken care of. We still need a bunch of thises and thats but the saddle is wonderful because now we can actually ride him, LOL.
I didn't get to see him this weekend 'cause I wasn't well, but I hope i'll get to go tomorrow or Tuesday and try the saddle out myself. I just hope the little bastard doesn't take off with me again. My plan is to ride him in the round pen, then move out and play "visiting" for as long as I can stand, then take him in some circles around the arena.
He worries too much about stuff on the ground so I'm thinking about investing in a shadow roll. But I haven't decided about it yet.
