wow i am sweaty. after working 8:45 til 5, i ran 3.75 miles, went horseback riding for an hourish, then ran another 3.5 miles. I'm riding Haley Woodman's horse, a thoroughbred who takes off on you and bucks when you try to trot. Today she took off for around 5 minutes and was so out of control that I couldn't stop her. My mom kept telling me to turn her in a little circle, but i was afriad she'd slip or buck. It was like flying. Scary in the thrillingly amazing sort of way.
