Let's set this up right. I am terribly sick. I have watched 6 hours of Felicity thus far today. I have gotten a total of about 20 hours of sleep in the past 5 nights. That's a forewarning of the nonsensicalness that will surely follow.
First off, I had the most amazing 4 days.
Wednesday night was the concert at house of blues, which was awesome. It was pretty surreal for a girl like me to be hanging out backstage, let me tell ya. Later that night we headed to the Key club where the academy is played as well on this little stage, which i happened to thoroughly enjoy. But right before they played, yours truly was almost kicked out for underage drinking...It was incredibly embarrassing, but the guy calmed down and all was right once again.
Thursday I went to Disneyland. It was so much fun. Even though I didn't get my picture of snow white, sigh. (I am such a little kid, i know). The concert that night was at the house of blues right outside the park, so it was perfect. Right after the academy is played, we went to the tower of terror ride...let's just say i hope the picture of me terrified while everyone else is smiling and having fun never surfaces. Sometime during the day, my new awesome friend Nicky and I decided we were going to san diego the next day, so she drove me back to my apartment to get some stuff, and long story short, i didn't get back to anaheim til 230 am...San mother fuckin pedro, what. Stayed with adam in the oh so lovely budget inn...haha yeeah.
Friday started off right with mcdonalds breakfast and the last shamrock shake of the year (soo sad). Nicky picked us up for San Diego and it was a lovely drive. We had a while before the show, so we saw the Pacifier. All I have to say is, no freestylin in the ball pit. I can't believe how ridiculous, yet glorious that movie was. Then we spotted a chuck E Cheese not too far from the venue...and we knew what we had to do. I kicked adam's ass in basketball and rocked it out on ski ball. Chuck E totally challenged adam to ski ball, it was fantastic. And that is how me and Santi III came to be. He was worth every ticket. The show that night was amazing. I decided to push my way up to the front, taking out a few 12 year old girls along the way. It had to be done. I only stayed up there for the academy is set and then hung out in the lobby til the last fall out boy song, when adam comes out to play bass and did a fabulous homage to joe trouman spin move. I love winning bets! After the show, me, adam and Nicky went to San Diego State and stayed with her friends. We slept on the most amazingly comfortable bed ever, it was soo hard to wake up at 6am to leave for San Fran.
The drive to San Fran Saturday was a blast and a half. The 7 hours just flew by. We had an awesome run in with a bitch of a cop. We hung out around the venue for a while once we got there. I was starting to feel the wrath of my sore throat and congestion, so I pretty much hung out on the dressing room couch until the show. And then I somehow let Bobby convince me it would be a good idea to go up to the front for the Academy is again..Ha, yeah I felt like shit after. But it was fun while it lasted. Right after the academy is played, Adam and I went to this little italian place across the street and had some amazing pizza and tortellini. Unfortunately my throat was too swollen to eat most of it, but declicious nonetheless. Finally after the show, we headed to the oh so lovely travelodge where the academy boys were staying so that I could finally achieve my drunkness that I'd been looking forward to, but had yet to experience. Let's just say, that a majority of the rest of the night does not exist in my mind. I woke up with my hair wet, wondering how the hell and when the hell I took a shower. This will literally disturb me the rest of my life. And seeing my own phone number written on my hand was pretty fuckin hilarious as well. I literally didn't drink a ridiculous amount, but i think the total lack of sleep the past days caught up to me. But I mean, hey, it's cool to hear people tell you shit that you did and not be able to remotely recall it happening....wait, did I say cool, cuz I think I meant freaky with a side of shock.
Bobby drove me back to LA sunday afternoon, which was another incredibly enjoyable car ride. Which is definitely amazing because my illness had hit full force about then. I feel so fortunate to have met such awesome people the past few days. Not only that, but now I have plans to go to New York/Bamboozle at the end of April, which let's face it, will be oh hmm amaaazing. I'm still in awe of the past few days, I don't even know if I've ever had so much continuous fun in my life...even just doing silly things. Needless to say, it feels weird being back in this apartment. This has been a ridiculously long update, but eh, you love it. Now back to the loveliness that is Felicity. Cheers, loves.
