so...last week Chanel was surfing the net looking up stuff about how to get in the music bizz for me, well she found the bio of this dude named Harlan Frey who's now Sr Director of touring/artist development for Roadrunner Records and the Bio had his phone number and e-mail address and she goes "you should call him" im like "ppsshh" so she kept trying to get me to do it, so yesterday I called, his secretary didnt let me talk to him but she let me leave him a VM, so then I got online and sent him an e-mail telling him who I was and why I called and e-mailed and all that jazz, well he responded like 5 minutes after I sent the e-mail, in the first e-mail he asked me if I had a place in NYC to stay because the Internships at Roadrunner didnt pay much or anything sometimes and NYC is expensive, so I told him I do have a place to stay and he responded and said to keep in touch with him and when I get there he'd give me an interview!..OH MUH GUARD!, Roadrunner has Killswitch Engage, Machinehead, Type O Negative, 36 Crazyfists and Slipknot. those are pretty big bands, bands I've been a fan of for awhile now..this is a dream come true, i HAVE to make the move to NYC..soon
