So. I was thinking just now about the deal Dean made yadda yadda we all know all about it. BUT.
I'm assuming Sam was 100% dead, yes? And I'm correct to believe he went to heaven? How does a demon, a denizen of hell, reach up into freaking HEAVEN to get Sam's soul to fulfill the contract? It just seems to me that's a boundary that wouldn't be able to be crossed. o.o
