He pulls out his journal casually, sending an unfiltered message to his brother.]

[Upon returning home, Itachi will immediately go about cooking what he'd procured from the grocers. All of their floor will soon be filled with the aroma of cooked vegetables.

There's steamed rice, soup, and cabbage rolls.

If Law doesn't come out himself, the ninja will bring it to his door.

Hello, Law. I thought I would take the time to cook something for both of us. It occurs to me that I don't spend enough time with my neighbors.

[He sets a tray down in the center of the table, looking quite pleased with everything.]

I'm afraid I don't cook with meat much, though, so hopefully this will be filling enough without it.

[It's only proper to show hospitality to one who's been so helping since his arrival.]

[Glasses out, plates set. There's another bag with a few tomatoes in it still set aside on the counter. A glance at it reminds him of what he needs to do after.]

I'll bring some to my brother after we've eaten. I got fresh tomatoes just for him.

[He'd have to start growing some in his garden. Sasuke had always had a fondness for them.]

Yes. I thought it might improve his mood some, seeing as he's been cooped up with his illness. Really I should drop by with food more often.

[He sets down the bowl of steaming rice, the vegetables arranged in smaller bowls around it, before taking a seat himself.]

You should let me know some of your own favorites for when I cook in the future.

[He makes note of everything mentioned, though the fish probably won't make it onto his cooking menu. His memory is good, but he might write it down later just in case.]
