Uzumaki Naruto (nextgen_hokage)
Naruto is a special kid. Despite Sasuke's apparent hatred of the boy, Naruto claims to be more of a brother to him than Itachi is. He's loud, obnoxious, and often doesn't seem all that bright, but he's definitely determined. The elder Uchiha has an odd sort of respect for him, and he left the blond with countermeasures in the event that Sasuke tried to destroy Konoha.
His presence in Luceti, then, doesn't please him.
Nara Shikamaru (its_troublesome)
Out of the Konoha ninja currently present in Luceti, Shikamaru could definitely be considered the brains of the outfit - a de facto leader, perhaps, though that doesn't seem to be completely acknowledged. He's level-headed, at least.
After he and Chouji took him in during a period where he was de-aged, he's returned the favor by being slightly more open about matters with them. Though only slightly. He wasn't lying when he said he'd be interested in playing a real game of Shogi with the teen in the future.
Akimichi Chouji (savethelastchip)
Chouji has a kind heart, and Itachi appreciates the time he and Shikamaru helped him out. Chouji in particular might be someone he could count on if the situation is dire enough.
Aburame Shino (donaldtrumpcard)
The bug ninja is the silent, contemplative type, and Itachi can respect that. He knows little about him outside what he knows about his clan in general.
Temari (dangerouswind)
Having not really spoken to the Sand ninja since her arrival, he hasn't yet formed any opinion on her.

Katara (markofthebrave)
Katara was another someone who, though warned away by Shikamaru, helped him out in his time of need. She might not know much about him, or him about her, but he's developed a good opinion of the girl and may attempt to speak with her again.
Sheena Fujibayashi (corrinesbell)
The problem with Sheena is that she knows too much - knows him from "before", a previous existence in Luceti that he doesn't recall and isn't sure he trusts any mentions of. She doesn't seem to be the talkative sort, however, and has his best interests in mind enough that, though it bothers him, he won't try too hard to rid her of whatever notions of friendship she has.

Originally having met him in the form of a chained child during one of the events, Homura has unfortunately seen a side of himself he doesn't like to share and has become interested in him because of it.
Trafalgar Law (deathsdoctor)
Though they haven't spoken much, their meeting brought about enough questions that Itachi might seek him out to chat again.

Uchiha Sasuke (felltohate) - The foolish little brother. There were certain things Itachi had hoped never to discuss with Sasuke that ended up being brought up here. Itachi had wanted to keep him in Luceti and not let him back into the world he'd left, so his disappearance didn't come as good news.
