Happy Day!
Got a call from my mom this afternoon... they got the results of my dad's PET/CT scan.
The only spots they found the doctor believes to be scar tissue from previous spots.
Which means I WAS RIGHT! I told them that this time, the chemo would work. It was the "three kinds in one" chemo, and I knew it would do the trick.
He still has one last treatment, probably next week if his red blood cell count is high enough. After that, he'll go in three months for the same scan.
I am so freakin' happy right now, I was practically skipping when I went to Target.
