Now I can go back and read all of your posts about OotP!
Just got back a little while ago, and I'm very pleased. The fourth one really disappointed me, while this one, I felt.... more emotionally invested.
-I'm pleased with the girl that played Luna. I totally loved her character.
-Speaking of loving, I <3 Helena Bonham Carter. She's gorgeous. And, sure, her character isn't so friendly, but I loved every minute that she was on screen.
-Neville's so tall! I'm also happy that Daniel Radcliffe is turning 18 soon because then I'm not pervy for thinking he's hot. :D
-Seriously. Ron and Hermione. Book seven. Oh yes.
-I remember, when reading the book, thinking, 'oh my god, Harry's so freakin' angsty in this!', and I had concerns as to how that would go on the screen. I think it was done well. Not quite so angsty as the book, but still definitely got the feelings of aloneness and despair across very well.
So yes, very happy. I'd like to see it again. Anyone wanna go with me? :)
(And today? Totally blows away an event that happened nine years ago. It's mine now.)
I've decided to re-read book six before the 21st. Before the movie, I had to read the inside cover of OotP for a refresher *hangs head in shame*. I want to be fresh and up-to-date for book seven!
