I have recieved a broken bracelet today as her bubbled wrapping did NOT secured the bracelet.
in the emails, i have asked for a meet up as i am afraid of breaking it. she INSISTED on postage & ensure me she will bubbles wrap it for safety. BUT, her bubbled wraps fall apart.
NOTE: i have photos as evidence, as she hinted that i was lying.
i sms-ed her yet she insist she is not going to take the responsibility & told me it is like a lost mail (is she trying to tell me to treat it as a lost mail?). i did give her options,
1, send me back my item & i will send her back too.
2, i will trade for another item, & im willingly to top up.
3, pay for my item (but she has already wore/tried it)
she even sms me things like "if you dont wana risk anything in the first place, you might as well make purchases from brick and mortar stores instead.
