Kirihara Misaki, if episode 18 tells me anything, is really freaking observant and aware of what's involved in crossdressing. Also, that she thinks Li crossdresses in his spare time but that's neither here nor there! She could work it out over time and ... wouldn't care that much.

Ronan would know because after having to identify genders of different alien species, your own gets pretty easy. Also, all wizards are sort of ... connected to Life and so yeah. He'd know fairly much right away and uh. Would just chalk it up to Camp Being Weird. Ronan wouldn't say anything but be Very Amused at it all because he's just like that.
