Stuff and Things
I can always tell when I've been properly sucked into a fandom when I start assigning songs on my mp3 player to different characters/pairings within the fandom. White Collar fans will hopefully share my amusement at the random function providing me with Do You Want The Truth (Or Something Beautiful), Come Away With Me and I'll Stand By You, I can't listen to I'm With You without thinking of Neal, and I would pay large sums of money to see Neal sing Hate On Me especially in the aftermath of 2.16 XD
Some songs are unassignable, however. I've yet to find a character who would be appropriate for Rock DJ for example ;D
In other news, I'm supposed to be writing a series of hurt/comfort fics for rabidchild67 in return for the very awesome Glee/WC crossover fic she's writing, which I cannot pimp enough. In this, I am failing miserably, since it turns out I can't write hurt/comfort. I just can't make them that sad. Thankfully rabidchild67 is being generally awesome and letting me write mild!discomfort/fluff. So, if anyone has any suggestions (so far we've come up with "hungover from ouzo" and "sprained ankle") please leave a note :D
