Had a bad day yesterday. I ate nothing until dinner. And then I had two wings, one hotdog and one hamburger. Isn't that so absolutely disgusting? And I didn't get to workout either, because I'm at my aunt's house.
I'm not going to eat today. And I'll find a way to work out.
And I'm starting the 28-day plan today. I've been in that community for a while, just never actually started. I keep having bad days and then saying "Oh, I'll start tomorrow on a good day." And then I either forget or binge again. It sucks ass.
But today will be a good day, so I will start the plan.
Erg. I have a physics test on Monday. At least it will give me something to do(studying), eh?
