Awesome! I love those days when you feel totally productive!

While you're at it, do you want to write a review or two (or THREE?!) for the book club website? I'll love you foreeever...! :)

Hey, that would be fantastic. I'd love to! Can one be a romance novel? It's totally a romance novel about nerds! Very hipster chic, I think.

I never got around to filling out that application form. Do you want me to?

You don't have to fill out that thing--I think I already know at least half the answers, anyway. What romance novel is it? I think we'll pretty much let anything ride at the moment as we get content rolling. Besides, I think anything is possible on this site, so long as we can justify the iffy selections' existence. ;)

It's called My Nerdy Valentine, and my friend Christine got it for me for Christmas.

I'm still at the very beginning, so I've yet to see how seriously it takes itself as a romance novel.

Hmm...this would be a really hard sell for the book club audience, not just because it's a romance, but because it looks like bad chick lit by a woman who has written a large number of Harlequins. If you discover that it's truly a worthwhile read, perhaps we can put it in with some book reviews we can say are worth a shot despite appearances.

Read anything else lately? :)

I was going more for the humor angle, rather than a serious read. I'm not trying to convince anyone it's worth a read. But like I said, I'll have to give it more of a read before I know if it's a silly book or a silly/serious book.

Hmm...what sort of humor angle would you be taking exactly? I don't want to sound like I'm being dense or obtuse, but I'm tired and I want to make sure I know exactly what you mean. If you want, drop me an e-mail so we can stop doing this via your comments page. :)
