sad stuff
A dog got hit by a van in front of my apartment today. No tags or collar. The driver was on his cell phone (so says the neighbor lady) when he hit the dog. Then, he drove away. Didn't call anyone. Just drove away. What a fuck. So, I called the ASPCA, and after being on hold for 20 minutes, they finally came and got the dog, about an hour after she got hit. The man drug the dog under his tires. I would have killed this man if he hit my dog because he was on his cellphone while driving (illegal in NYC!). Whoever owned this dog should be killed. Well, hot by a car and drug.
