I just know Jesus is my God!!
Hey!! So this weekend I went to my first "hardcore" concert with mandi!! Some ppl would beg to differ that it was hardcore b/c it was a Christian concert (lauren). But for me it was hardcore!! I usually dont like screaming music but now I'm addicted!! It was soooooooo awesome!!! It was the Disciple , Staple, and Soulfire concert!! It was in Bartlesville and we got lost so we were like an hour late!! It was crazy but awesome still!!
So we got there 4 the last Staple song and then got to be there for all of Disciple!! And they were soooooooooo RAD!! I mean the guy got up there and talked about spirituality and stuff and then would be like worshiping in the songs!! It was so awesome b/c the screaming was so passionate!! And he would hardcore dance and you could see his passion and Praise for God!! Mandi and I really got into worshiping and it was so awesome bc it was the most radical worship ive seen!! IT WAS SOOOOOOO COOL!!!!!!!!!!
After the show I saw this guy who I met in Pine Bluff and his friend Kalyn!! They were so much fun! I see them at like all the youth events!! It was cool cuz they asked 4 my email and so now we get to keep in touch!! Its neat!!
Then we like talked to the lead singer of staple 4 like 15-20 min!! It was soo awesome b/c he said if Mandi and I came to their next show w/ Kids in the Way and Spoken he'd totally make a shout out 2 us!! YESSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!
And then 2nite I got to go to fine arts practice which was ok, then I got to listen to the band and it reminded me of old times when i used to go with Lacy. I really do miss hangin out with her despite what ppl think but I just dont want to be critisized. Last wk b4 wed. I really had a bad attitude towards all my friends, which wasnt right. Im just so tired of finally getting to the point of sharing my feelings w/ someone and then getting hurt.
I pretty much am giving up on having a best friend except 4 Jesus!! He's the best!!!!!!
