Weighty Matters

Yeah, so, I have this little problem where whenever I’m at any sort of “special occasion” where there’s food (e.g. eating out, parties, family get-togethers, etc.) I stuff myself to the point of being painfully full. Like, I-can’t-sleep-that-night-because-my-stomach-is-painfully-distended type of full. And almost every weekend since, like, December we’ve been out somewhere doing something with someone (mostly family obligations stuff). And my workout schedule has fallen completely by the wayside. As a result, I’ve undone a very large portion of that weight loss I accomplished last year.

It’s well past time to start getting this back under control.
