Two Upcoming Chicago Pro Choice Events
The next Pro Choice Action Committee, part of Pomegranate Radical Health Collective, will be on Sunday, July 2nd (1 - 3pm) at Mercury Cafe (1505 W Chicago). We'll discuss screening films, protesting the Pro Life Action League (please see the notice below!!!), countering crisis pregnancy centers, among other things.

The Pro Choice Action Committee, part of Pomegranate Radical Health Collective (www.pomegranatecollective.org), will be organizing the protest of the Pro Life Action League's Truth Tour on Tuesday, July 11 on the south side of Chicago.
This is part of their Truth Tour (www.prolifeaction.org/truth/tours.htm) taking place July 8th - July 15th, from 9am - 4:30pm on the far south side (please see the website for location details). Some pro choice, abortion rights, and reproductive justice groups are organizing their members for other days- but, of all the PLAL's Chicago locations, the south side is often the least contested. So, it is especially important that we show them, then and there, that women's reproductive health is NOT negotiable.
If you are willing to come all day, there may be available transportation (possibly snacks available, maybe even a place to stay the night before so everyone can go as a group). Otherwise, feel free to drop in when you have time, we'll provide signs (bring your own if you want).
