that could be really, really awesome. what exactly would you want to be working on? Outreach? Creating spanish literture (I'm learning spanish now... somehow i never caught ono it)? I love making medical arguments- which is the aim I'm taking as to why more people of color should be veg*n.

Outreach, definitely. I'd work on Spanish literature for sure. The medical argument is the strongest argument we have because most Latinos grow up around the notion that animals are here for our use, so appealing to their compassion is usuall pointless. I was an EMT, I nearly went to school for nutrition (but decided I can study a lot of it on my own), and finally I plan to go to school for nursing. That should give me enough med cred. lol!
