look who's back!
I think I forgot I have a live journal in the last five months, but I'm going to start writing again. I'm totally addicted to mysapce now... damn you all who talked me into getting an account. THis summer was by far the best of my life! Starting with History Day: IT WAS AWESOME! I had so much fun... i hadn't laughed that hard in weeks. I won't even attempt writing all the inside jokes because it'd take forever. Too bad the actual history day part sucked, but we made the trip worth it. About the whole "division" issue, I think its bull shit. Toes were stepped on and tempers were tight, but no one forced a division on anyone and we all had just as much fun as we put in. There's no crying in baseball. I can't wait for the concert guys!
My trip to Europe was also fantastic! I mean there were a lot of negatives, but I had a lot of fun. The drinking age in europe is only 16! I think the US has to get over their alcohol addictions and learn that getting in a car drunk is stupid, because this retarded behavior is making americans afraid of alcohol. In Italy, kids practically have wine in their bottles. SO what? Drinks= a nice time. getting smashed and driving = death. DUH! Stupid people. I didn't get to spend much time in spain unfortunately, but i did get to work on my spanish with a few hotties. I also got to repell of a castle, go in lots of REAL castles, live with a french family (they really do eat alot of cheese), see the Roman aquiduct, the colloseum (now if only i could spell the word and not butcher it), the spanish steps, the plaza vienza, and get robbed in Rome. FLorence was also beautiful and I walked right into the basillica! Those are just some fantastic highlights. THe real fun was after bed check... wink wink p2p '05 i love you guys!
The first week home was preatty slow... jet lag, unpacking, visiting relatives, etc. Then my actual summer "vacation" picked up. (i know, i gotta be a name-dropper for a sec, sorry but the people i get to see are the source of my fun!) Mini golf (love u ambs and pete), lots a movies with nick, lee, jeff, meg, and erika (charlie, devils rejects, war of the worlds, 40 year old virgin, must love dogs...). Chilling at Brenda's and going for fast-food. romatical dates with my one and only: water fire, picnics, shopping (ok, the last ones not romantical). Beading with amanda, the beach with amanda and brenda, cindy and sonny. Six Flags with Jeff, Dave, and Janine. Crusing with Meg and visiting jon. My surprise party (thanks erika, meg, amanda, meg, jeff, erin, jon, jeannine, miller)! Shopping with Amber and Miller. Jm's party (but only for like an hour :(. Ok I'll stop the name-drops now so i'm not too obnoxious.
And finally to end my summer, i am going to Green Day Saturday!!!! whoot whoot mills, ambs, meg. and Im having a sleepover bash on Sunday to celebrate and look back on the concert. I can't fricken wait!
