I used to throw darts on the Dallas League...you

So, which was your favourite game, and what are the rules (assuming it's neither Cricket nor 301)?

League play was mainly Cricket or 501
I was always a bit partial to Cricket
(still am)

Cricket is simpler to score, I think. Possibly faster to lose - it's hard to say. I spent a bit of time this weekend thinking about darts and how best to pitch them. The people who are skilled at it have yet to describe to me exactly what they're doing with themselves.

It's one of those things that is very individual and hard to describe in detail...like almost everyone has some quirk in the way they release the dart...
like for me, sometimes it's the wrist but other times it's the fingers that control the dart...and I throw a heavy dart...27 gram but it seems to give me the control I like.

Irene, a chara - that isn't a dart, it's a javelin. Janey mac, and I thought mine were heavy!
