Touma H. Norstein
SeeD ID #32007: Apprentice doctor and counselor
Battlefield Medicine and Computer Science SeeD
Lives in dorm A234
Born on August 29th
Fighting style: The H in Touma's name stands for Hippocratic Oath, didn't you know? (No, it doesn't.) Okay, really, Touma prefers not to fight except in self defense, defense of others, or as a sport, but he's a boxer known to regularly defeat Olympic champions at home, and keeps his indirect magic well stocked (especially Sleep and Stop). Meanwhile, Gaomon's attacks are based on boxing and wind/speed.
Limit Break: Touma's Limit Break is evolving Gaomon to stronger stages without needing to charge his digivice with digisoul (except for Burst Mode).
Touma graduated in medicine from the Stockholm Royal Academy of Science and became a registered doctor at the age of thirteen and at nineteen had just become the youngest person ever to win the Nobel Prize in Medicine when he found himself in the WR world. He was not impressed that all this meant nothing in another world, even though he had arrived straight from the award ceremony, complete with his certificate and nice shiny medal.
However, Touma recognized that the different level of technology in this new world and the distinctly military applications had new ramifications on his understanding of medicine, and for someone who'd worked with digimon and computer systems to do for so long, this world's level of technology was fascinating (if at times frustrating) to work with. Even better, he was reunited with his partner after five years stuck in separate worlds! He threw himself into a double major SeeD course in Battlefield Medicine and Computer Science. The former child genius breezed past the classes he'd done before (Nobel Prize in Medicine Laureate + anatomy class = zzzz) and paid close attention in free electives specifically about his new world.
Even before his internship quarter his interest in medicine brought him to the infirmary to talk to Dr. Kadowaki, and he became acutely aware that she was getting on in age. As she let it slip that she was looking for a replacement, Touma resolved to become her apprentice upon his graduation and let her finally retire.

Roommate to Tom Bronson as a Cadet. Their dorm room was a mess of fluff in shedding season, as Tom and Gaomon shed around the same time.
