The Great Happiness?
Oh yeah.
I just finished watching the documentary last night. I had to borrow my twin brother's PSP and had the file converted to MP4 so I can watch it on my own (with headphones on XD) coz the first thing I saw was...ISSEI BUTT NAKED. Finished watching around 45 minutes past 12 midnight.
I agree with Mishi, it was interesting to say at the least.
It was a nice docu, and though I liked it very much its just sad that...well...everything about their job seems to be fake? Well, maybe not all. I understand Issei's point of view about the girl who 'loves' him so much, but to say such cruel things...I dunno. Maybe the girl indeed is crazy, but to say that they sell dreams to girls, isn't it a bit uhm...I dunno, to say something behind the back of the girl...bleh, maybe I'm being biased because I'm also a girl, and there's absolutely nothing wrong in falling in love with someone, even a host. It's just that its really really more complicated.
I was shocked when I learned that most of the 'rich' girls they were referring to in the documentary aren't really rich. They work as 'FUZOKU' or prostitutes. Maybe I just won't understand why they do it coz I might not have a chance ever to go to a HOST CLUB, earning money just so they can spend it and buy 'happiness' even for a short while. But I do agree with what one of the host says (this was towards the end) that to some extent, money can actually buy love.
I was moved when the club manager/interviewer was speaking about how he loves it when people appreciate what he's doing. He was crying, and you can see his emotion. Ahh, I didn't know hosts can be that sensitive, since they were saying they become numb after doing their jobs everyday.
Anyway...
I learned a lot from watching it and now I got more ideas on how I'm gonna develop my story. Haha. That Champagne Call, I can use that in my story. Right *nods* I'm like this when I write, I talk to myself a lot.
Speaking of HOSTS, I got my hands on the single and scans of the newest host group, A・G・E single, 真夏の果実 (Manatsu no Kajitsu). I guess its nice, kind of popish when you listen to it, but yeah, I prefer Age-of-EP more since they sound better, though I hace to say A・G・E doesn't sound bad at all. Some vocal traning and they'd definitely sound really really good. Should I buy this? XD

Hmmm... *thinks* If you guys are planning to buy, please tell me. LOL.
Oh right, another host group is...Club Prince. I have their single but...its just too popish for me. LOL.

Weee~!!! I'm putting up Ran (well, my main character is patterned after him) and I'm inserting another character, Minami (from Club AcQua Tokyo, the number one host for the club), the setting is in Tokyo and both Clubs (Air and AcQuA) are in Tokyo so...I am wishing myself luck with my current writing pace right now. XD
