(no subject)
Whew! Things have been so crazy lately! My computer class has me all stressed out with these weekly online tests and exercises; it's ridiculous!! Mentally I just cannot handle the time constraints my instructor is putting on us... like 60 questions (some with multiple answers!) in 20 minutes. My algebra class is so easy right now. Goodness.
Christmas is almost here!! I love christmas! I have christmas music playing whenever I can in my car, at work, at home .. my alarm clock is even see to it; although I must say I don't appreciate it as much from my alarm clock. ;) The parents at work have been great -- Gabriel gave me some peppermint hot cocoa and I got a movie bowl (with a blockbuster card, popcorn and other goodies) from Lauren. Lauren is so sweet.
My grandparents are here for a couple of days. They came in yesterday, but I only got to see them late at night when I got home from class and work. (on mondays I leave at 7 and get home around 8 or 9) I feel deprived of my family .. I'm really glad a break is coming up soon. I get Friday off of work, and most of thursday.
The christmas party went well. Ramie loved the cool lamp she got from me. It's funny, it reminded me of her when I saw it and I knew that she'd want it. Haha! I love having the christmas party at my house, it's kind of become a tradition .. well it used to be. I guess now it's not going to be. Sad. And when they "transition me" it'll be lost. I say 'transition' because I will probably end up having to leave cell groups altogether because I can't make it to any of the others. It will be good for me to move on - I'm not really at their level and they can't decide whether to treat me like a leader or just another "cell kid" - but I also know that it will probably be a very hard time for me.
