Ok, I have a number of comments

I thought it was Billy at first, but it could just be a surge of power, or Emma's TP signature.

I thought that Emma's TP signature was grey. I need to find the issues.

I think Cheung uses blue, but her TP signature has never be concrete, ranging from pink to blue. It's a regular Sleeping Beauty Flora Merryweather business up in there.

Personally, I like to think of it as blue to match her demeanor and costume and contrast with Jean's often pink-colored non-Phoenix signature.
