You really think if any of the Avengers knew that anouther form of her children wewre around they'd have told her? That would have just made a bigger mess, they were trying to get her to let go of the figments she'd created.
Didn't Vision get mindwiped or something after the whole sons are really bits of Mephisto, Wanda goes crazy pre-Dissasembled? So even if he did know of them he'\d have no emotional connection to them.

He did, but he regained both his emotions and his memories soon after. Throughout the mid-90s up until Disassembled, he expressed so much self-hatred and regret about "being a toaster when [his] sons were taken away". (Yes. He called himself a toaster. It was actually kind of funny.) He absolutely loathed himself for not being there to properly fight for his sons' lives.
At one point, he got so pissed at Mantis and Wonder Man, because no one "gave him time to grieve" after he came back. He was drawn to protect the little boy during the red virus thing because he was reminded of the sons he once had.
He loved them and he was devastated by their loss.
But would it have, really? There's such a bigger mess than everything Wanda did post-Mephisto and Pandemonium?
They were trying to make her let go because they believed those figments were gone for good; never mind not being "real" to begin with. If the subject of them being transplanted somewhere (in someone) else came to light (depending on just when Tommy and Billy were en-souled), someone (pegs Clint) would have thought: "The loss of her children is what's making her so unstable (after she broke the memory spell); wouldn't knowing they still existed hopefully get her to get a grip?"
...Eh, I suppose on how you played it, that could work out either way (worse case vs best case). But while unstable!Wanda without knowing her kids lived became the platform for a whole bunch of messes, the opposite could only be just as bad or infinitely better for their 'verse.
The best action they could have taken was mindwiping her and then telling her what happened. That way she'd know but would lack the emotional attachments that went with it and would allow her more objectivity. Yes, she\d still want to get to know them but she would have been able to accept a level of distance.
