[fic] Never; Billy/Teddy
I must admit I was a bit appalled at the lack of h/c after the Civil War arc. I have set out to remedy this with a series of one shots, fairly short. Also, I'd like to say that I wrote this before I went and read the Billy/Teddy RP regarding the same situation. Great minds think alike?
