Molly Seagrim is not in any of her usual haunts today. Whether it was the walk in the rain, or just poor coincidence, she woke today feeling awful, and didn't bother to get out of bed. And as the hours passed, the prospect didn't brighten any

Tom is finally a boy again and feeling more than a bit miserable over the situation with Richard. Everytime he thinks it is going to get better, it explodes into another fresh mess. Tom feels exceptionally lonely and knocks on her door as he pokes his head in. "Molly?"

She doesn't immediately respond to him except to stir and cough, half conscious. The cough doesn't sound very good.

"Molly?" He rushes over to her side, looking nothing but concerned.

She blinks, slowly, and gives him an equally slow smile. "Mornin', Squire."

"Are you all right?"

[youngandhealthy]

"Aye...just a bit under th'weather. Tis nothin' to fret ye." The smile makes her look a little better, though she's pale.

"Do you want anything? I'm certain I could make you some tea."

[youngandhealthy]

"Tea'd be nice, if ye," she coughs, recovers, and resumes, "if ye've not anything better ta do."

"Of course not." He smiles. "I'll be right back."

"Thankee."

[notallworthy]

It takes quite a while but Tom eventually returns, tiumphantly carrying a tray with tea and a few pieces of toasted bread. "Here we are."

She tries to prop herself up a bit.

He puts the tray down on a nearby table and comes over to prop Molly up with some pillows before bringing her the tray. He's never had to help anyone like this before, but with all the time he spent in bed with his broken arm he has picked up a few things.

She laughs a little, weakly. "Truly, I'm simply a bit tired."

"Of course."

[youngandhealthy]

She winces a bit as she shifts. "Aye. And how are you, Tom?"
