[Armand is visibly upset, especially to anyone who knows him well. He won't look at the camera, but he seems to be keeping his voice calm, but maybe a little monotone, like he's rehearsed this.]
I tried to request this before, but I was in no fit shape to communicate. Is there anyone on board with the technical expertise to make a language translating device for those times when the Barge robs a few of us of our ability to speak and understand the others? The idea was suggested to me by the Time Lord Braxiatiel, and I think it's a rather good one.
