I may say that I'm especially concerned about her possible effect on O'Brien. Being originally a member of a collective, the potential rise of a new one may be all too appealing to him.

He is. And in some ways, he's not; he's a product of his world's system, after all.

He comes from a world where the dominant political party made it standard practice to crush out all individual desires and thoughts. The only virtue was loyalty to the state, and the state's sole goal was complete power over the populace. O'Brien was a tool of the state.

Only the usual, really. Keep an eye on him, especially with regard to particularly worrying influences like the Borg Queen, that sort of thing.
