The lack of real death in this place may be a lucky stroke of genius and it may be a experiment variable yet again. It either causes warfreaks to tire after killing everyone or it causes warfreaks to be more insane as no real death means endless killing.
Wonderful, how does the City, the police effectively punish criminals then? Have they ever effectively punished a criminal before?
