The time of Solstice.
I am posting this early because if I go into the fild this week, I will be going on Monday instead of Tuesday. I simply "cut and pasted" what I posted last winter holiday. Because it is waht I beleive and still apllies....The only difference is that in the expression of this holiday season, I celebrate it with the following conveyed in my heart, mind and yet also in the celebration and "style" of Winter Solstice.
I have found that everybody celebrates this time of year. To me, it gives us (and myself) the chance to do holiday joining with everyone and their prefered symbol of celebration; and to take advantage of my forgiveness lessons in the new year to come.
Wether it's Christmas, Hanukkah, kwanzaa, Ramadan, Gita Jayanthi, Yule, Saint Thomas, ect. If people could join in their minds with all the people of the world at this time of year; and could bring their peace into the new year then it would REALLY be something!!
To me (once again), this is a time of peace and renewal. As "A Course In Miracles" teaches,
"It is in your power to make this season holy, for it is in your power to make the time of Christ be now. It is possible to do this at once because there is but one shift in perception that ius necessary, for we made but one mistake."
They say home is where the heart is. Well, my heart is with The Is (God). Therefore I renounce the world, not physically but mentally. All holidays are symbols of symbols. I see what then symbol represents; and in such a season, celebrate that. For the symbol, and the symbol's symbol are all parts of the illusion....I forgive the world, and release each illusion equally, for they are all equally untrue.
We can't have peace until people stop identifying with their particular nations and start seeing all of their brothers and sisters- and thus themselves- as spirit. When you're limitless, you don't have any borders to defend, and thus nothing to kill for.... The way home is not through defending illusions with illusions but by forgiving them.

I love you, my brothers and sisters. Be grateful (as I am) for the opportunities to forgive eachother and thus yourselves. Replace your grievances with love. Let your minds be led to the peace of God or Gods (for it just a title and they are all just different paths up the same mountain), and the truth that is within you shall come to your awareness.... Love and Forgiveness; that's what Yeshua (now known as Jesus) and Buddah was all about- ALWAYS. Happy holidays, my peeps! Forgive your brothers and sisters, for you are one- and thus are you made whole again.
