About a year ago I was trying to find a geeky knitting pattern so I could make a baby jumper for my friend's forthcoming bundle of joy. We'd both been teaching on the same statistics course and I thought it would be fun to have something related to that but also something with a bit of geeky humour. I couldn't find what I was looking for, so in the end I designed my own pattern based on a linear regression joke (yes, I am that much of a geek) and it was very well received.

I started thinking then about other geeky designs and after chatting with fera_festiva - who was, as ever, inspirational - I decided to put together a few designs and set up a shop on Etsy. I've now got the first set of samples uploaded and I must say I'm pretty proud of them. I've had so much fun coming up with new designs, and I'm jotting down more ideas all the time. Anyway, I just wanted to share what I've been creating over the past months - I hope you like it.

Link to my Etsy designs - the original 'Baby Regression' design that kicked this all off is currently showing at bottom right.
