untitled [poem, original, PG]
I wrote this for an impromptu "poetry slam" in Creative Writing one day a few weeks ago and then edited it later.
It kind of applies to KiChul (or HanChul? I couldn't quite decide, but I think it's more KiChul-ish...), but I only sort of had it in mind while writing it. They were in the inspiration^-^
It starts with a whisper in your ear
You wait
one
two
three
four seconds before replying
“No,” you say
And it’s kind of erotic how his hot breath hits your neck
But you walk away anyway
The second time is just normal
You’re watching TV
lounging on the sofa
eating potato chips, salt and vinegar
and he’s there with you
Commerical break
Listerine-just 60 seconds for a healthy smile!
Call Jenny and lose pounds!
Claratin may have side effects of dizziness and upset stomach
“Do you love me?”
You don’t even turn from the screen
“No,” and keep eating chips
You’re thinking of saying no again
But he’s screaming it now
And your other roommates are staring
It’s kind of annoying, all this playing hard-to-get, anyway.
“YES,” you scream back
and just walk away.
