From what you've said, it seems to be able to preserve most other parts in its entirety. Speed seems an odd choice.

I don't see why not. If you're heart isn't moving, what makes you think your other muscles are going to move just as well?

Then, logically, the muscles should be functioning at a rate that's at least close to normal.

I didn't say you'd turn to sludge. Of course if you're already fast, you'll probably still be pretty damn fast.

Logic is the worst thing you can have here.
