- what was their first kiss like: Rough and rather confrontational. This occurred the evening after Fai tries to take Kurogane out to the local bar to find someone the young lord could be interested in. However, jealousy occurred and in the end, Kurogane finally realizes that all that time he couldn’t bear the thought of Fai leaving him, so something kicks in him and he kisses Fai. However, not everything goes as perfect as many first kisses moments go in fic, but still, Fai loved it.

- what their first time was like: (Refers to “missing chapter” I’m working on) Although Fai has experiences while Kurogane has zilch, even for the young lord it felt alright and nearly natural as it could get. To Kurogane’s surprise, it starts out slow at first and eventually the heat gets in. It actually turns out to be a playful fest between them as they are after all friends. However, they’re no longer boys and friend, so wrestling gets into a whole new level. Ultimately in the end, Fai indulges Kurogane. They fall asleep relatively fast in Fai’s room together, cuddled up.

- who’s louder: Kurogane, hands down. There’s a reason he always ask Fai to cast a muffling spell (even though he shoots down his husband’s taunts that he is louder right off the bat.)

- who wakes up first: After their first time, it’s the young lord who wakes up first, thinking it was all a dream. However, when he sees that he’s naked AND Fai is too, he knows it isn’t. This is when he starts playing with Fai’s hair any time he can get. There are times Fai wakes up first, most notably when they are in Piffle and he starts developing parental anxiety while they wait for Toshihiko to be fully developed to be born. Therefore the young priest would get up and often forces Kurogane to get up too, much to his chagrin.

- favorite form of foreplay: Kurogane’s sensitive spot is the throat area, so Fai never hesitates to kiss and nibble in that area. For Fai, it’s his bellybutton of all places.

- who performs/receives oral more often: They both had their shares; and unfortunately for Kurogane (especially at first), he gets uncomfortable “swallowing”; so naturally it’s Fai who performs it more often. There’s nothing wrong with that because as noted the first time, Kurogane always feel that Fai is amazing with his mouth and tongue. Notable moments were in their first evening; and another time was in the shower at Piffle, which blew Kurogane’s mind away, let’s just say.

- who more often tries new things: Both. Living in Piffle for nearly a year gave them a huge opportunity to sneak into a sex toy shop. The first time they went there was interesting, because Kurogane quickly went into his curious-as-a-child mode there…then realize that perhaps that was not the best way to explore all the things presented. They purchased several items and tested them out back at home, and of course Fai would cast his spell so Mokona would not hear them.

- if they had to choose a third+ person to include who would it be: Personally Kurogane refuses to be involved in a threesome/moresome. It’s not that he feels threatened if someone else was also playing and having sex with Fai (actually, he denies he feels threatened…he really does); it’s just that he feels that he and Fai are good enough alone. Fai is also content with only having it with Kurogane.

- favorite toy: Non sexual toy has to go to the rabbit, which is very special for them. It lasted many years. One time Fai tried a domin-something outfit, with chains included.

- favorite kink: For Kurogane, he really enjoys seeing Fai dressed up in formal clothes traditionally for women, be they furisode or even dresses in Piffle. Shocking as it may be, but that incident when Fai tried on a dress that he mistake for a shirt made him realize just how hot even he could be in that type of garment. Same goes when Fai undo his hair - it’s an instant lure call for his lover. For Fai, he’s all about auditory. Whenever Kurogane growl into his hear with that husky, deep voice, it instantly turns him on. Only in private does he snarl something lustful in between kisses.

- is there a certain thing one of them can’t have sex without: Kurogane always have to play with Fai’s hair…ALWAYS. As for Fai, he insists on kissing each and every one of his lover’s scars.

- their general feelings on sex in the relationship: It was much easier for them to trust each other because they’ve known each other for at least a decade before they became lovers. There were times one were not as interested (for example, Fai sometimes were too stiff or uninterested when he was stressed and anxious regarding having a child in Piffle and back at home in Suwa), but overall their sexual relationship is healthy and they have good communication.

- how careful are they about using protection: What protection?

- a fantasy of one that the other will never be able/willing to fulfill: As much as Fai has a fetish for water, they can never really have sex in the bathtub (if done properly, it is fine), since alas Kurogane always falls asleep in the bathtub, which is an instant turn off for Fai. Yes, he even falls asleep in the bathtub in Piffle, too, all the time.
