home for thanksgiving

ahh.
the arguments that keep us together...
Thanksgiving was good. Dinner was a success, and since I ate so much and drank so much wine, I'm eventually going for a walk/run.
Today is the day after thanksgiving and my goal was to already be gone in Maryland doing whatever people do in Maryland...but I'm still waiting for things to sort out.
I'm anxious to get there, but it's nice to still be here with people I love, so I'm not complaining.
Right now I feel like my heart is going to explode out of my chest from all the coffee/espresso (which we pretend is coffee but it is it's much stronger more intense companion)
((which may explain some of my family's behavior in public or in the privacy of our own home))
But nevertheless....
The weather is beautiful and couldn't be more perfect. The only part of Cape Coral I like is my parent's back yard...if nothing else existed then I would approve. But beyond the backyard are crazy stupid cape coral people (excluding certain company of course) that remind me I'm in cape coral so you see where I'm going with this...
hot tub + Shiraz + pub mix....= deliriousness
