What's interesting about this John Roberts fellow, is that he's hard to put a finger on. If anything, the revelation that he did pro bono work for a gay rights advocacy group that passed landmark policy states clearly that he is a man that does his job, no matter what his personal beliefs are. This ability separate politics from taste is classically American, and could bode well for a new supreme court justice. Also, this could just be a nice tidbit of propaganda and image design from the Rove machine, as it throws a wrench in any left wing theory that he's ultra conservative. Interesting. Very interesting.
