Such sorrowful goodbyes. Sending all of my friends off this past week was so much harder than last year.
But I guess my friendships with people as a whole has changed a lot.
I am going to see a lot of them in about a month so I can't really even complain. I go home for a week on Wednesday, then go to Cleveland in June, have friends visit at the beginning of July and then all the Cleveland boys are staying here for Pitchfork.
So really the longest I have to go without them is a month. And Emmett's coming over today which is just fantastic.
The other night Scott messaged me. Strange. I haven't talked to him all semester. Anyway he invited us to a drum circle. We went and it ended up being really fun. Then yesterday on the beach three guys came up to us asking for a lighter. In exchange we asked them for weed. We smoked a blunt and a joint for free. It was a good day.
