My circumstances are different... and though change has been known to make me uneasy, I welcome this one with all my heart. It is not disagreeable to have my full height, along with my discipline, knowledge, and baritone. I had missed those things greatly, and I am sure that I wasn't the only one

I suppose she could be, if she didn't want to be seen. Do ghosts interest you a great deal?

Not as much as people who think they can talk to ghosts do.

I remember when I had the luxury of unconditional skepticism. I rather miss it.

It's just that this is the second consecutive world that I've been spirited off to. I find that suspending my disbelief is growing alarmingly simple.

Am I bragging? That is, does my statement come off as arrogant, seem to belittle your achievements, or damage your self-esteem?

Now that you mention it... no, I don't. Not terribly well, at least.

I don't have low self-esteem.

You don't seem like it, but extreme arrogance is often a front used to disguise feelings of self-worth. It's sometimes difficult to initially discern which it is.

I know I don't have low self-esteem because I graduated from esteem school. Early, even.
